Furniture Tree Warranty Terms
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Furniture Tree provides a limited warranty on all furniture products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. This warranty covers Manufacturing defects for limited period as instructed in the product description from the date of purchase. The Warrantee varies based on different product purchased. Please be sure that not all products come under warrantee.
2. What is Covered
Manufacturing defects, Structural defects, including frame defects.
3. What is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Changes in upholstery and wood finishes due to aging or exposure to sunlight.
Damage resulting from improper assembly or disassembly.
4. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service within 24hours of discovering the issue.
Provide proof of purchase, clear images of the defect, and a brief description of the problem.
5. Resolution Options
Furniture Tree will, at its discretion, repair the defective part of the product. If the product is in terms with Warrantee Terms.
6. Exclusions
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Commercial use of the furniture voids the warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
Furniture Tree's liability is limited to the repair of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
8. General Terms
This warranty is governed by the laws of State of Karnataka, India.
Any modifications to the furniture void this warranty.

Cancelling an Order or Part of an Order
