Refund / Return Policy:

1. Returns:
Returns for damaged or defective items can be made within 48 hours of delivery. For any kind of damaged or defective item received need to inform the Customer support Team Post Delivery Immediately.
2. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The Approval and rejection is completely based on the product being damaged or defective from us or If the damage is being done from the Customer End Post successful Installation of product Customer is held responsible. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 Business days.
3. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please Place a new order.
4. Shipping:
To return your product, please contact our customer service team at furnituretree.ind@gmail.com for detailed instructions on the return process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Furnituretree.ind@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will analyze completely the product being damaged or defective from us or If the damage is being done from the Customer End Post successful Installation of product Customer is held responsible. If the Damage or Defective item is delivered from our end. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Cancelling an Order or Part of an Order:
Change of Mind: If you reconsider your purchase, you can cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Time Limit: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as they undergo customization or dispatch for timely delivery.
Cancellation Fee Charges: A 3% cancellation fee applies to the paid amount during the refund process.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your Shipping destination. Any Item which is been order outside Bangalore will be additional charged for item to be shipped to his location. We currently provide Free shipping in Bangalore with specific areas pin code.
2. Shipping Methods:

3. Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 14 business days. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may have longer processing times.
4. Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
